skills
(2) Introduce senior managers to a knowledge-sharing culture and discuss possible next
steps for organizational culture change.

Overview:
* One-on-one meeting with Director, 1 hour - Issues and needs assessment
* Presentation to all senior managers, 1 hour
- Overview of Knowledge-Sharing: Benefits, Techniques & Assessment
* Lunch with the Director and selected staff, 1 hour - Informal dialogue
* Small group demonstration & conversation with senior managers, 90 min.
