Executive Coach

Boost Your Leadership Performance

Every high-achieving professionally works closely with a coach. A coach can help you make the changes required to deliver a new level of performance. Widely recognized as being on the forefront of Visionary Leadership®, Seth has worked hand-in-hand with 100+ CEOs and led his Visionary Leadership Academy for 200+ C-suite leaders. His clients span the private sector (eg, Shell, Prudential Retirement), public sector (eg, World Bank, Peace Corps) and nonprofit (dozens of trade associations and professional societies). Through this work he has become a sought-after strategy specialist, respected thought leader, and convener on Grand Challenges. He counts among the graduates of his Visionary Leadership Academy, four leaders who went on to become CEOs. Seth works 1-1 with senior leaders as a results and performance coach.

At any one time he works with a maximum of two executives as their executive advisor. These leaders receive priority attention. They have access to Seth’s expertise and experience whenever they need it, and can apply him wherever it makes the most impact. His work for them will often include face-to-face meetings as often as once per week when schedules allow.

Seth brings all his experience to bear, providing the guidance and perspective CEOs need to make the best possible decisions when the stakes are highest.

Working one-to-one with Seth will provide the opportunity to clarify both the results you are after (outcomes) and performance you deliver (personal best). It gives you exclusive access to Seth’s expert counsel so you can not only plot your strategies but tackle the most critical challenges and seize emerging opportunities in real time. Seth is the special someone in your court that helps you think bold, take on crucial issues, make difficult decisions, and navigate complex terrain.

His role can be behind-the-scenes as a personal confidante, or more public. He can join you in meetings with strategic partners, high-value stakeholders, or other senior managers. Some of the roles he provides include being a:

  • Sounding board for decisions
  • Source of ideas and techniques
  • Devil’s advocate on key moves
  • Third-party objective review
  • Support system for accountability
  • Responsive expert for questions and advice

The optimum timespan for a surge in performance is three months. This is long enough to get serious results, but short enough to make it possible to sprint, which is what performance and results coaching is designed to do. As a result of putting in a concentrated effort you will push harder and develop greater capacity. Sometimes it is clear that a strong relationship has been formed and a longer engagement is requested. Fees are $4500 for three months, $8,000 for six months, and $15,000 for a year.
