Paul Barton is a pianist from Yorkshire who traded the concert hall for the jungles of Thailand, where he performs for blind and handicapped elephants. What a switch! Barton has found a soulful path.
Here is a link to Barton’s YouTube channel. I encourage you to go and listen to the first video that plays. Tonight when I am visiting, he plays Chopin Prelude 16. It is 1 minute and 11 seconds of pure bliss.
Is there something that you want to do that seems crazy in the sense that it does not fit with societal expectations, but would bring you and others great joy? Perhaps this week is the time to step up and step into it.
“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only walls.”
– Joseph Campbell
