CEO Coaching
For CEOs, and senior executives preparing for that role, coaching means addressing a specific issue that is blocking progress, whether it is interpersonal, strategic, operational, or cultural. Through targeted coaching I help leaders clarify the challenge, identify options, and commit to action. It may involve strengthening a leadership team, navigating a business model shift, or refining how you show up as the leader the organization needs.
CEO Advising
Advising means being on tap for the full spectrum of leadership. I act as a trusted sounding board for strategy, execution, culture, performance, and innovation. Whether you are a current CEO or a rising executive preparing for the role, I bring the experience of guiding large scale transformation and innovation across complex environments. This advisory relationship gives you a partnership grounded in insight, accountability, and practical leadership judgment. In this role I am available 24/7/365 because leadership happens around the clock, not just during business hours.
Board Partnering
For boards I provide facilitation and guidance that elevate governance and strengthen alignment. This includes leading board retreats focused on clarity of mission, values, and strategic priorities. I facilitate strategic planning that connects oversight to real organizational outcomes. I also work with boards to improve how they function, make decisions, and engage with the organization’s leadership so they operate with confidence and effectiveness.
