Make a comprehensive list of meetings objectives categorized by each of the five stakeholders:
- Members
- Partners
- Sponsors
- Vendors
- Organization
Next sort each of the objectives into three buckets:
- Objectives that must take place at the originally scheduled time
- Objectives that can be delayed without harm
- Objectives that can be jettisoned upon impact
