I am offering a significant discount to all Zoom strategy sessions between now and Sept 15. Here are the details:
Since the middle of March, I’ve been working closely with association executives to understand the five major disruptions facing us today. The pandemic, interrupted economy, job loss, the need to address systemic racial inequality, and a contentious election have formed a powerful cocktail that is hard to swallow.
Through meetings with CEOs, senior executives, and volunteer leaders, I’ve been defining real solutions to these disruptors, answering questions such as, What kind of results should associations go after? How is success measured? How can you ensure effective impact? These are just a few of the dilemmas that need to be addressed.
I’ve also spent the last four months helping associations design online events that are not tedious, but engaging, and that allow people to complete complex tasks without burning out. I have refined my decades of facilitation to design online events that engage and address difficult issues.
From now until the end of September, I will donate all revenue generated from my strategic zoom calls to the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute (CCAI). These one-hour sessions can cover a range of topics including operational business planning during uncertainty, evolving your strategic plan, understanding virtual leadership, what’s working for DEI task forces, and what does it mean to face racial injustice in the workplace. Any of these topics and more are on the table. I’ll cut the cost for my 1-2 hour strategic zoom sessions in half to $1k and you’ll write the check directly to the CCAI, making it a tax-deductible payment.
Did you know that CCAI is the largest bicameral, bipartisan caucus in the US congress? With over 170 members from both sides of the political aisle, representing both the House and the Senate, the CCAI has worked for the last 30 years to pass legislation that makes it easier for children to find the families and families to see the children that will make them complete.
As many of you know, I have an adopted daughter. My family took Ruchi when she was eight years old, from New Delhi India. Adoption is one of the best things I’ve ever done in life. The last nine years have been a non-stop gift and has transformed my entire family.
I believe that together we can support The CCAI and do good works for your organization and members at the same time. Please email me at email@example.com
