Remember when you could buy a cable subscription and watch everything? Those days are gone and now people are buying from many sources. The opportunity for aggregation and high margins created an environment that allowed services like Netflix, Hulu, and others to disrupt the viewing and spending habits of viewers.

Consider the products and services that your members are most interested in and look for the two elements of disruption. Maybe you’ll identify a disruption to be introduced into the market.
