I invite you to my wife’s album release concert. Beauty in the Broken is more than just an album – it’s a call to embrace our struggles and celebrate our healing. As the poet Rumi said, “The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
The track “Heal Out Loud“, now an award-winning music video, captures the powerful journey toward mental health and self-compassion, reminding us that by sharing our stories, we can lift each other up. Laura was inspired by the initiative I am honored to support, Stop Stigma Together. This video appeared at our Children, Youth & Family summit that was held in New York City.
The event will be on October 19th at 7 PM at the Writer’s Center in Bethesda, Maryland. It is going to be a really rich evening with her amazing band as well as a chance to chat after the show.
