What’s the best and easiest way to improve the results you are getting in
life? Invigorate your body. Don’t make it a big project with 100
discrete measures (unless you find that fun!). Do something simple and
easy that you enjoy. Joy is a critical ingredient!  You can
experience greater health and energy anytime you:

  • Eat a healthy meal
  • Rest and relax when you need it
  • Move aerobically even for a very short period
    of time
  • Stretch with movement
  • Breathe deeply
  • Put some bounce in your step
  • Put on a sweat
  • Exert some extra energy
  • Go to the gym and have fun
  • Head for a garden path or a nature trail
  • Take a brisk walk

Make it easy. Enjoy the reward. If you have real fun, you can grow it
into a great practice.
