I helped build 120 Communities of Practice at the World Bank around the globe. A Community of Practice is a group of professionals who share a profession and work together to raise the bar on their collective and individual performance. In 2016 I will extend my current effort working with CEOs to begin a new CEO Peer community, and the Visionary Leadership Academy for tomorrow’s CEOs.
