“Laura Baron delves into a blissful worldly sound on the nimble percussion of “Refugee”…” With “Refugee” Laura Baron taps into a spirit of community, allowing a whole orchestra to neatly come together into a gorgeous tapestry.”

My wife’s latest release is receiving a slew of positive reviews. I am so proud of her! Every day we find more and more, including one in Germany that gave her a 10 out of 10! Refugee is one of five songs released on Long Road Home, a collection funded in part by the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County.
If you know of a potential partner organization that would be interested in using the song as part of a campaign, let me know! Laura did that successfully with her song, A Little Note, which dealt with domestic violence. A Little Note won Song of the Year by the Washington Area Music Awards (WAMMIES) when it was released and was turned into a video after it was released.
