Monday Morning Mojo

Believe it or not, this is the most popular video I have ever made – commonly referred to as my dog walking video. It has been shown to more CEOs, senior management teams, and board of directors than my  other top 3 videos together!  In it I lay out three levels of association evolution.

Associations that focus primarily on creating transactional member value are actually practicing the old mindset, trying to save their organizations and stave off the transformation that is sweeping the world: knowledge and its effective execution. In this video, I layout the three kinds of associations and why they are so different from each other, including the significant advantages of the last kind of organization, the outwardly engaged knowledge organization.
